The seal at the front of each cylinder head, behind the timing covers. It is a known leak point on this V6, and the oil it drops lands on the timing belt — which is the reason it matters more than a small seal usually would. The truck takes one per head, so the quantity above is what you order for the pair. This is the classic "do it while you are in there" part: replacing it costs a seal and a few minutes on a job you are already paying for, and skipping it means paying for the same access twice. The number, the fitment and the count come from the Montero specialist's own catalogue page, cited below — a parts catalogue is good evidence for what a part number is and what it fits, and it is not factory literature, so read every figure on this page as the catalogue's claim rather than as a service-manual specification.
